The group
One relationship for every step of the journey.
BrightPath Group began in 2013, when former international banker Vivian Chamas saw what Sint Maarten could be for the people who choose it: a home, a headquarters, a harbor. What started as an immigration and corporate services practice grew, client by client, into a group that now spans four disciplines.
Each company stands on its own. Together they form something rare in the Caribbean: a single group where the residency specialist, the tax advisor, the real estate broker, and even the neighborhood French bakery share one standard of care. Clients arrive for a permit and stay for a life.
Immigration and corporate services. Tax and accounting. Real estate. Hospitality. Four companies, one headquarters at Simpson Bay Yacht Club, and one promise: the path stays bright at every step.
The portfolio
Four companies, one standard.
Every company in the group earns its place by serving the same person: someone building a life, a business, or both in the Caribbean.
The founding company of the group. Residency and work permits, business incorporation, banking assistance, and retirement relocation across six Caribbean territories, delivered by a multilingual team that has reported more than 1,000 immigration cases since 2013.
The financial arm of the group. Personal and corporate tax filings, bookkeeping, payroll, Penshonado strategy for retirees, and US expat compliance, all managed to Sint Maarten's filing calendar. Personal filings start at 99 dollars, as published by the firm.
Born as a natural expansion of BrightPath Caribbean's relocation work. Residential sales, long and short term rentals, and commercial property from Simpson Bay to Dawn Beach, with founder Vivian Chamas as lead broker and listings that range from island apartments to hillside villas.
The soul of the group. An authentic French bakery led since 2014 by chef Emmanuel, trained at La Petite Colombe in St. Barth. Croissants and baguettes baked before sunrise, a lagoon view terrace that seats sixty, and a wholesale line that supplies supermarkets and restaurants across the island.
From our home in Simpson Bay, the group serves clients across six Caribbean jurisdictions, each with its own residency, investment, and retirement pathways.

Vivian ChamasFounder & Chief Executive Officer, BrightPath Group
Born in Miami and raised in Belize, Vivian spent seventeen years in international banking before an assignment brought her to Sint Maarten in 2012. A year later she founded BrightPath. She still practices business the old school way, on a handshake.
